There are many things in everyone's life that shapes who they are as a person. Experiences and circumstances mold the way we think and view our world and the world around us. Our choices, views and values all stem from things that have happened in our life and around us, whether we are conscious of them or not. For many people though, there is always one or two experiences that stand out above the rest. An experience 'to remember' that actively has influenced their life, for better or for worse. 

I've been feeling so uninspired recently and every post I've written I've found some reason to end up hating it. I have had a secret (not so secret) love affair with pinterest for the longest time. And lets be honest, who doesn't? With thousands of amazing ideas, tutorials, inspirational photos and delicious recipes, it's hard NOT to find something to fall in love with.

With my current obsession and my love for all things pretty, I have decided to start a series- 'My Pinterest Obsession'- to show you all the pretty things that I've found wasting time on the web.

Today I jumped online to write up a few reviews for you guys when I found I had a notification from Chelle from Destination 22 letting me know she had nominated me to do the Liebseter Award. I have been away for the longest time.. and I apologize profusely. I've been caught up reading Game of Thrones and playing the latest expansion of World of Warcraft with my boyfriend (don't judge), I've barely had time to sleep let alone think.

I'm encouraging you all to do one of the hardest thing a person can do- to take a step out of your comfort zone. Why? Because stepping out of my comfort zone opened my eyes to a whole new world I just didn't see.

First things first I'm a realist- and by realist I mean I'll admit my addiction to my social media.
I've been sitting here starring at the heading line atop my page trying to come up with a catchy, punny heading and honestly, I can't even think of something even slightly amusing or clever. Where to find me seems fitting enough, so lets just pretend I'm witty and I've come up with something better.
