Motivational Monday; Star Light, Star Bright

Whether its been a difficult day at work, school or experiencing family issues, everyone goes through a 'dark patch' in their lives at some stage. This 'dark patch' can cause you to feel down and depressed and can reap havoc on you physical and mental well being. No matter how hopeless a situation may seem, my message is to not give up on your dreams.
Continue doing what you love. The people around you cannot define who you are- just because things may not be going well does not mean that you should give up. If you fail or fall, get up, dust yourself off and use that as motivation and learn from your mistakes. This 'darkness' isn't there to 'swallow' you. Rather, see this darkness as an opportunity to shine. You can achieve your goals.

Don't worry if you aren't achieving exactly what you want right now. If you can manage to get up and get through your day you're already half way there. Believe in yourself. Motivation will come with time, with practice. Remember, stars can't shine without darkness.
I wish you all a wonderful day!
Until next time...
